The two multi-tenant flex buildings are single story service-center style properties that are 93% leased, subject to a sale leaseback on three units at close of escrow. Both buildings roofs were replaced in 2011 and 2013, 17 HVAC units have been replaced since 2011 and the seller has invested over $550,000 into its own tenant build-outs within the spaces that will be leased back.
